Our wedding packages can include just the venue rental and you provide your own vendors or you choose one of our complete full service wedding packages.

Services Include:
● Catering by our award winning in house caterer, Cater Tampa Bay at www.catertampabay.com
● Full bar services provided by the venue including full liquor, beer and wine services, champagne walls and signature drinks.
● Full service furniture rentals available such as bespoke table linens, tables, Chiavari chairs, dinnerware and centerpieces.
● Day of coordination and event planning services available and included in all of our wedding packages.
● Bridal suite available for that special day.
Venue Rental Prices:
● The Basics: Basic rental prices start at $300 per hour with a 2 hour minimum which includes your basic tables, white padded chairs, black or white table linens and on-site venue manager. (based on availability)
**Monday Through Thursday, ask about Friday-Sunday pricing
● Half the Day: Monday through Thursday half day rentals start at $750.00 which includes The Basics package. (including set up and take down time)
● The Full Day: Monday through Thursday a full day rental starts at $1500 which includes The Basic package. (including set up and take down time)
● The Weekend: Friday and Saturday packages start at $3500 and are customized for your event. The basic package is included with chairs, tables, linens
● Sunday packages start at $1250 with the basic package.
Venue Specs:
● The main event space can seat 110 guests for a seated dinner.
● The main event space can accommodate up to 150 guests for an Open House style cocktail event.
● The entire Team House space is available for rent including our Bespoke Tavern Bar. Then the venue can accommodate up to 220 guests.
● The venue can accommodate a wedding ceremony and reception which includes our room flip.

Highlights:
● Full A/V services available including podium, microphone, large screen, large TV’s options and bluetooth speakers surround sound throughout the space. ● Full event services can include DJ services, dance floor, event decor and design, pipe and drape to transform the space, photo booth, valet parking and so much more. ● Ordering catering services or drink services reduces the price of the space rental fee.
● Food and beverage services include appetizer events, buffet dinners, plated events, Charcuterie grazing tables and so much more. Rental fees are reduced when adding service to your proposal.
**Yes, you can bring your own vendors such as caterers. They must be insured and licensed. Fees may apply.
Bookings: It is very easy to secure your event date. With a “save the date” deposit, your event date is easily saved via our online portal. Then you have until 30 days before your event to button up your event details.
When booking an event with our in-house caterer, complimentary food and beverage tasting are offered for up to 4 guests.
And finally, you are completely customizable. This means, we will work with you to create the perfect event and try to work within your budget if possible. Discounts are offered for all military and charity events.
